Order Confirmation Once you have placed an order you will receive an email to confirm your order. Please keep this email so we can refer to it in any future correspondence regarding your order. If you do not receive the confirmation email please get in touch so that we can check your order has been placed successfully.
Payments This store is hosted by Wix, who provide the e-commerce platform from which Franca Westaway Design provide products and services to you. Wix uses the payment system 'Stripe', Paypal payment is also an option. Payment is deducted when we process your order. If your payment cannot be authorised for any reason we will tell you. Your order will be processed and dispatched when your payment has been processed successfully.
Prices We reserve the right to alter prices at any time, in either direction. We are not currently VAT registered, however, we reserve the right to introduce VAT in the future. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.
Availability of Goods All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.
Cookies Cookies are small files saved in your web browser and used on this web site for things like keeping track of the contents of your shopping cart, enhancing the navigation menus and to save your delivery addresses. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' (in Internet Explorer) and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.
Deliveries Deliveries in the UK will be made by the Post Office Royal Mail/ Parcelforce or Hermes and a signature may be required on delivery.
Returns Our fabrics are printed to order and non-refundable unless they are faulty. Fabrics that are cut cannot be returned.
Cushions and accessories orders can be returned if you are unhappy with the goods for any reason. Please return within 28 days and we will refund or replace them.
Refunds will be made once we have received the goods back from you and refunded via the same method of payment used to purchase the goods.
Postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded except where an item is faulty or the delivered order is incorrect.
If you are not able to return the goods in a perfect condition then we may need to charge you for any reduction in value of the goods as a result. Please see SHIPPING information for more details. Please contact us direct to discuss specifics.
Please return goods with a proof of postage certificate as you will be responsible for all returned goods.
Fabric While every effort has been made to show items accurately on this website, slight variations may occur, and with fabric we would always recommend you request a sample before making an order if colour precision is a priority.
Our fabrics are suitable for soft furnishings, accessories, homewares and occasional furniture.
Measurements quoted are approximate.
We recommend that you request a sample before ordering. All our fabrics are printed to order and there may be slight colour variations from batch to batch.
Always use good quality lining fabric for linen products to protect against bright light.
If you wish to use your fabric to make cushions please always use a fire retardant interliner in accordance with section S.8 (4)(b) of The furniture & Furnishings (fire)(safety) Regulations 1988 No 1324 (Consumer Protection)
Flame Retardancy We do not treat our fabric to make it flame retardant. However, upholsters should be able to advise of flame retardant barrier cloths or interlinings that are available if it is needed.
